FounderScreen is Econa’s initiative to bring free, validated wellbeing screening to entrepreneurs at population scale through ecosystem sponsorship. It grew out of the research field of entrepreneur mental health pioneered by Econa founder Michael A. Freeman, M.D. — former Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, UCSF — and is built on peer-reviewed science.
Every $180 sponsors one entrepreneur’s screening; $10,000 sponsors free screening for 56 or more entrepreneurs. Universal free access to the Econa FounderScreen Initiative is a fiscally sponsored project of MarinArts, a California non-profit corporation exempt from federal tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service #47-2571336.
Seed Round Sponsors contribute $10,000 and above — sponsoring 56 or more entrepreneurs — and receive public recognition as a Launch Team Member plus other sponsor benefits.
